Blue: It's Raining, It's Pouring, and the Dog Walker is Soaking

Blue somehow lucked out to be the only dog yesterday who ended up having her walk out in the rain. She did not give the slightest care in the world though. She was more than happy to be out and about. Plus, she had so many interesting areas to sniff with the rain and puddles to lick up.

There was one other person who was pretty excited about the rain and did not mind getting wet: Kylee. She was all prepared in her raincoat and boots. These two can make quite a team when it comes to puddle jumping. Kylee will walk in and stomp around while Blue plunges into the deepest puddles and samples each one for its taste quality. Funny girls. Who says you are ever too old to play in puddles?

At the end of our walk, Blue seemed pretty happy and enjoyed a few good shakes. I tried to get a few pictures of her shaking, but I did get a picture of one happy and satisfied pup in the end.

  

P.S. These are always the great times to find out that your coat is truly not "waterproof" as it stated. Man was I soaked to the bone by the end of our walk. Thank goodness for backup coats.
